De.’Laney Holmes is the Principal and Owner of 7th Dimension 21.

With nearly three decades in Business, Finance, Sales and Training, De.’Laney is a focused, disciplined, and effective leader, and an efficient critical thinker. He cares about people and it shows in how he respects and listens to everyone who crosses his path. He’s committed to operating with the highest ethical business standards.

If you’re looking for financing for your commercial building plans, De.’Laney is sure to be a trusted partner from Day One forward. He worked in various positions within the commercial and business mortgage industry, including Calyx Software and LOS Systems. 

De.’Laney is a veteran. He served in the US Army, Special Forces, Green Beret, JFK Command Center during the Vietnam era. He also was a former city policeman and patrol officer and a captain of a private investigation firm. He has been a volunteer Health & Fitness Advocate and Tax Assistant at the Veterans Administration.

De.’Laney has been actively engaged in Ministerial Grief Counseling for many years. A major portion of his past work experience directly relates to improving the lives of Senior Citizens and Veterans, as well as engaging in Community Development and Socio-Economics Studies. De.’Laney stays current on the latest in cancer research and therapy, advocating for compassionate care. 

Throughout all of these endeavors, De.’Laney has always supported and had a strong calling toward improving the health, wellness, and fitness of everyone he encounters. He cares about their wellbeing and is professionally trained in client needs assessment. 

Education and Training
De.Laney is pursuing a B.S. in Business Administration and Psychology from Fayetteville State University. Previous coursework areas include: Accounting, Financial Analysis, Economics, Marketing, and Business Development. For the last decade, he has been studying the senior population explosion that’s happening now.  In the coming years, De.’Laney plans to earn a Masters degree in Bio-gerontology (the study of aging within society) at Appalachian State University. He speaks and understands functional Spanish. 

Community Involvement and Service
De.’Laney is dedicated to making a positive impact within our local community. He has served as:

– Member, Board of Directors, Georgetown/Horry County, Council on Aging (3 years)

– President, Cape Fear Community College, Veterans of America 

– President, Cape Fear Community College, Business & Technology Organization

He’s also been involved with mentoring and environmental sustainability, and supports the American Cancer Society, Disabled American Veterans, and NAMI.
